Team season schedule template
Most youth sports schedules live in a spreadsheet, and every change means another round of emails asking parents to ignore the old version. This template turns that same spreadsheet into a calendar feed the whole roster subscribes to once.
When a game time or field changes, you edit the sheet. The event updates on every subscribed phone without duplicating, and you don't have to re-send anything.

The columns
One row per event, headers in the first row. That's the whole format.
| Column | What it becomes | Example |
|---|---|---|
Date | Game date. Most common formats work. | 9/12/2026 |
Time | Start time. Leave blank to make an all-day entry. | 9:00 AM |
Event | Becomes the calendar event title. | vs. Ravens |
Location | Field or venue. This goes in the event's location field, so phones can map it. | Riverside Park, Field 4 |
Notes | Optional. Becomes the event description. | Wear white jerseys |

- Keep the header row. That's how the columns are recognized, and if you rename a header later the change is detected instead of quietly breaking your feed.
- Use one row per game. A blank Time makes an all-day entry, which works well for bye weeks and tournament days.
- Put the field number in Location rather than the title, since subscribers' phones turn locations into map links.
- If a Date cell says TBD, that row is held for you in feed health rather than guessed. Fill in the date once the bracket is out and the event appears.
